Diamond Bright Cleaning Inc. was created in 2019 by long-time Honolulu kama'aina and mother of three girls, Asako Elzea, after 20+ years of background in professional house cleaning.
We have expanded greatly over the past few years of operation and now provide a full range of cleaning services from regular housekeeping, deep cleaning and move-outs to Honolulu and its surrounding area!

Service Policies:
1.100% SAME-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED WITH WALKTHROUGH
We are proud to offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee. After service, our cleaning team does walk-through inspection with you. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of the cleaning service, we are happy to re-clean any missed areas free of charge at TIME OF SERVICE. In an event where clients are unable or choose not to perform the walk through inspection, we assume service is completed and we will not do additional re-cleanings.
NOTE: After walk-through is done, our services are complete. There will be additional fees charged if asked to come back for cleaning. For move-out cleanings, it is recommend to have your landlord do the inspection walkthrough with our cleaners.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel as early as possible, at the latest 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of service will result in a 50% charge of your service.
3. NOT LIABLE FOR SCREENS, BLINDS, CEILING FANS AND COOKER HOOD FILTERS.
Screens, blinds, ceiling fans and cooker hood filters tend to break easily, especially when old. We are not liable for any damage done to these items. If you would like, please remove them from its place for cleaning, especially if delicate.
4. MOVE-OUT CLEANING
Please remove all furniture and personal belongings before our cleaning service. We DO NOT move furniture.
5. DEEP CLEANING
Please clear up cluttered areas and personal items prior to service so that we can best access areas for cleaning.
6. LATE PAYMENT FEE
We collect payment same day of service completion. If for any reason payment is not received within 30 days, there will be a 5% late fee.
7. NO BIOHAZARD CLEANINGS.
This includes animal or human waste, roach eggs, live roaches or bugs.
8. NO CLEANING HIGHER THAN 7 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND
Due to insurance restrictions, our staff may not clean higher than 7 feet above the ground.
If you have higher area cleanings where up to two-step ladders are required for cleaning, you must inform us prior to service, otherwise we will only clean what can be reached from the ground.
9. PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Move-out cleaning extras:
These areas are not included in our basic move out cleaning services and will be additional charges. Please let us know when requesting a quote if you would like these services:
Lanai, carport, garage, grout scrubbing, deep hard water removal from glass shower doors, any exterior area, jalousie windows, screens, exterior windows, blinds, wall washing, carpet shampoo, double mopping, scrubbing the floors or walls, cleaning carpet stains, cleaning high areas more than 7 ft. high, removing bug droppings, stain removals, scrubbing off any paint/stains/stickers on windows or walls. (Only wall dusting and interior window wiping are included in basic move-out).
Carpet cleaning starts from $150. Stains in carpet are not guaranteed able to be removed.
